The NASCAR Hall of Fame invites fans downtown on Friday to celebrate the launch of the NASCAR Hall of Fame Commemorative Brick Program -- and the presentation of the first Commemorative Bricks marking the careers of Richard Petty, Dale Inman, Ned Jarrett, Bobby Allison, Benny Parsons, Rusty Wallace, Ray Evernham and Greg Biffle, among others.
