NASCAR announced Wednesday that Kirk Almquist, crew chief for the No. 9 Dodge driven by Patrick Carpentier and Paul Wolfe, crew chief for the No. 22 Dodge driven by Ryan Newman, have been fined due to rule violations during the Nationwide Series event at Watkins Glen International.
